Job Description
Vaniam Group is seeking a Senior Director, Client Services to develop and build client relationships, increase visibility of core capabilities, and drive account growth. This role involves leading a junior team, managing accounts, and maintaining project budgets. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Oversee the development of proposals and tactical plans
- Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry business trends, best practices, and healthcare regulations
- Serve successfully as point of authority and/or source of advice for therapeutic area of assigned account(s)
- Secure project deliverables within budget
- Maintain client and internal team communication
