As a National Account Manager, you will develop and expand existing and new National Accounts within a defined Vertical Market and / or region (North America). Provide input such as, relevant market information, sales / marketing strategies, vision and goals. Drive new sales opportunities with existing customers, positioning the company for success.
Requirements
- Achieve Sales Growth: Achieve targeted sales growth for National Accounts at a rate and profit margin that align with the strategic business plan.
- Customer Management: Expand account penetration with new and existing accounts through frequent proactive contact with accounts; building, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with multiple departments and key stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.
- Business Plans: Formulate a sound business plan to provide acceptable sales growth in accordance with established plan and market share targets.
- Research & Analyze Market Trends: Provide current market information such as current trends, sales techniques, application of products in various markets, suggested marketing programs to the Sales Director.
- Promotional Programs: Working with Management and Marketing, implement promotional programs for National Account customers.
