Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Account Management Representative to act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. As a Sr. Account Management Representative, you will assist with making sales, handle client complaints/escalations, collect and analyze data, and improve the overall customer experience to ultimately retain and grow assigned account(s).
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent Qualification, Degree Preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Customer Account Management Experience
- Security, Loss Prevention Experience is Preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving Skills.
