Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our global Legal team. The role will support the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, corporate management, and related legal documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. This is a fast-paced, lean team environment requiring a 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn.

Requirements

• Manage and triage the Legal inbox.
• Support the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements.
• Maintain and update contract templates.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of data protection, intellectual property and compliance terms.
• Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Produce and IT.
