The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, corporate management, and related legal documentation, assisting with compliance, and providing efficient support to the business. This is a fast-paced, remote position within a lean team.

• Manage and triage Legal inbox
• Draft and review commercial agreements
• Maintain and update contract databases
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to the Legal team
• Support due diligence and compliance review
