Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our global Legal team, supporting the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, corporate management, and related legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a law degree or paralegal certification preferred or, previous experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced environment (in-house or law firm).
• 2–4 years of experience supporting a legal or contracts function, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or data-driven organization.
• Familiarity with key commercial contracting concepts (indemnities, liability, governing law, IP, data protection).
• Experience with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and maintaining contract databases.
• Exposure to international contracting and/or US and UK legal principles is an advantage.
