At Veriff, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA Account Management Team. The successful candidate will manage a mixed portfolio of financial services and fintech enterprise customers across the region, providing strategic account leadership, compliance and regulatory advisory, and driving growth and retention.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech industries
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA financial regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, GDPR) and the specific needs of banking and payments clients
- Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of managing high-value, complex accounts with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
- Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retention and growth quotas (Net Dollar Retention) in a competitive market
- Methodical Approach: Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger) and a data-driven approach to account planning
- Data Driven Approach: Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
- Team Selling: Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
