Job Description
The Application Consultant at Verint is responsible for providing professional, creative, energetic, and thorough experience to internal and external customers. This role involves consulting, design sessions, training, troubleshooting, and documentation, often working both in person and virtually. The consultant will be responsible for delivery of Verint Solutions and ensuring customer engagement.
Requirements
- Maintain fluency with Verint Applications.
- Maintain and grow subject matter expertise on Verint products.
- Schedule and organize events related to the Application consultancy.
- Provide thorough and complete documentation of consultancy events and results.
