Application Engineer, AC Power - GSA

This role assists GSA Managers by providing technical support to help sell company products, including providing technical information on company products and the application of these products.

Requirements

• Develops clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance
• Applies Quote Configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support
• Reviews custom equipment orders and provides technical instruction throughout the order workflow
• Provides applications sales support and formal presentations to sales representatives and end users
• May assist with post sale technical support
• Provides product support to Offering Managers
• Participates in new product development projects
• Participates in mentoring and training activities with Associate Application Engineers
• Other duties as assigned
