Via is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Germany to provide support to Operations and build their on-demand services. The role involves handling phone and email inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a dynamic, technology-driven mobility company. This is a remote position suitable for candidates with a passion for transport and tech.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
- Good communication and tone-finding skills
- Experience in providing customer support (preferred)
