Job Description
We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our innovative hospitality group Vida Plena. As a Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will own the commercial partnership engine, generating revenue by building a strong brand image through partnerships, collaborations, events, and activations. You will identify and unlock revenue opportunities across all venues, negotiate deals, and structure win-win partnerships that drive measurable results.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in hospitality sales, partnerships, events, or commercial roles
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence structuring deals with clear commercial value
- Proven ability to build and manage a partnership pipeline
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to spot opportunities across multiple venues and revenue streams
