Requirements
- Manage sales team, partnerships, and all sales channels
- Establish programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel
- Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate sales price & discounts
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Develop plans to ensure revenue growth across all products
- Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedures
- Assist sales personnel in building relationships with top-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategies to improve market share and profitability
- Educate the sales team through programs on account growth, emerging products, multi-product sales, profitability, presentation strategies, competitive strategies, and expense management
- Establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade shows
- Manage RFP/RFI/Tender processes from purchase to delivery and payment
- Develop monthly sales plans, visit plans, cost sheets, and market intelligence reports
- Provide clear sales requirements to other departments for maximum productivity
- Carry out market surveys and pricing analysis when required
- Identify new segments and leads for business development
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with other departments for optimal customer satisfaction
- Document processes and maintain records as per company policies
