We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton. The role involves creating human connection with residents, discovering their interests, and setting the stage for a successful day. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, computer skills, and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
