Memory Care Support Partner 3p-11p $19-$21 (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton. As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, discovering their interests and abilities, and implementing strategies to ensure their success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Possess computer skills
• Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
• Be criminally cleared
