Memory Care Support Partner 11p-7a $19-$21 (Part-Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton. The ideal candidate will be an Advocate of Empathy, a Patient Observer, a Master of the Mise en Scène, and a Life Partner. They will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, discovering their interests and abilities, and implementing strategies to ensure success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Have computer skills
• Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Be criminally cleared
