Memory Care Support Partner 11p-7a $19-$21 (Full-Time)

Join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton as a Memory Care Support Partner. You will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, setting the stage for a successful day, and partnering with residents to achieve daily life tasks. We offer a starting wage of $19-$21 per hour and a range of benefits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude required
• Computer skills required
• Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Must be criminally cleared
