Chef de service - Production

VCNA is seeking a Production Service Manager to join their team in Port-Daniel-Gascons, QC, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for predicting and preparing production budgets, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the optimal functioning of the factory. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-10 years of experience in cement manufacturing processes and production management.

Requirements

• Prepare production forecasts and budgets
• Develop and implement plans, programs, policies, and procedures in production and maintenance departments
• Ensure optimal functioning of factory
• Manage raw materials and human resources of production team
• Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and control personnel under supervision
• Maintain relationships with company services and local community
• Coordinate and manage production to meet quality, cost, and time constraints
• Search for best production tool performance
• Ensure safety and development of personnel
• Contribute to maintenance and availability of factory equipment
• Ensure environmental protection in accordance with group standards
