We are looking for a Service Production Manager to contribute to our organization's annual objectives and action plans. The responsibilities include forecasting and preparing production budgets, developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring the proper functioning of the plant for optimal performance, managing raw materials, and managing the resources of the production team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (with mechanical and chemical engineering as main subjects) with 5 to 10 years of experience depending on the size and challenges of the position;
- Good knowledge of cement manufacturing processes: raw material preparation, combustion, grinding (experience as a process engineer);
- Good knowledge of product quality parameters and quality control tests;
- Good knowledge of computer-assisted systems for furnace and grinder operation;
- In-depth knowledge of production management and planning;
- Good knowledge of safety laws and regulations;
- Experience in developing quality management methods (ISO 9000) and TPM;
- Possess leadership qualities and participate in the development of your team;
- Have a sense of organization and delegation
- Be result-oriented;
- Good decision-making quality, be able to anticipate and take initiatives with confidence.
