Requirements
- Maintain order and cleanliness of their work environment (5S);
- Ensure the application and respect of good practices in occupational health and safety, as well as the application of environmental standards;
- Coordinate production and maintenance activities on their shift, plan and direct resources (cement plant operators, mechanics, electricians, laborers, and contractors) in accordance with daily priorities and ensure the follow-up of actions;
- Ensure a rigorous follow-up of time management and approve daily worked hours.
- Ensure a rigorous follow-up of team members' leave requests in collaboration with the production planner.
- Ensure a rigorous follow-up of workshop inspection sheets, mobile vehicles, etc.
- Ensure an on-site presence 80/20
- Produce work permits, hot work permits, enclosed space permits;
- Ensure the management of the rescue team on their shift
- Ensure compliance with the factory's technical objectives, t/h, Kcal/h, Kw/h, on their shift;
- Ensure respect for production, repair, and restart deadlines for various workshops;
- Ensure regular inventory taking;
- Ensure follow-up and traceability of causes of downtime;
- Ensure follow-up of operational procedures, work instructions, and actively participate in improving them;
- Conduct regular audits in SST, environmental, and productivity matters.
- Analyze trends and evaluate objectives set for processes, proposing a set of measures to correct identified discrepancies;
- Examine and analyze quality control data (crushing, pyrolysis, and cement grinding);
- Evaluate equipment performance discrepancies and define joint measures to correct them, proposing optimization measures to the equipment reliability committee;
- Produce a global list of repairs and inspections (fabrication), performed on their shift;
- Notify and report environmental spills, coordinate work, and ensure follow-up of actions, preventive and corrective;
- Complete the supervisor training with success;
- Regularly and effectively collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with priorities;
- Participate in meetings and collaborate to implement the maintenance and operations action plan;
- Maintain and update various data for analytical purposes;
- Lead the analysis of incidents with operators;
- All other related tasks;
- Supervise personnel, coach cement plant operators, and ensure their technical development;
