Job Description
Berkley Southeast is seeking an Agency Sales and Marketing Manager for North Carolina. This role will focus on agency management, distribution, relationship building, and sales performance, collaborating with the underwriting team and territory representatives. The manager will review distribution opportunities and coach partners on underwriting strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance marketing and/or underwriting experience.
- CIC or CPCU designations preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines products and contract knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with agents and other departments.
- Demonstrated depth in negotiation, sales and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
