Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales development, or outbound sales (enterprise or mid-market experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect and generate meetings with large, complex organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Experience using sales tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to learn enterprise sales strategy
- Grit, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
