Job Description
WalkMe is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their team. The CSE will be responsible for advising, implementing, and enabling customers to maximize the value of WalkMe's digital adoption platform. The role requires a strong understanding of customer business cases, pain points, and technical expertise in WalkMe products.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing or strategic enablement role
- Proven experience with consulting, solution implementation, and customer enablement
- Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and data workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
