As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Wander, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. You will be the first person potential clients talk to, making sure they have a smooth hand-off to our Account Executives (AEs) and staying engaged throughout the process with timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven success meeting quota in a high-volume cold-calling sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and schedules effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Quick learner, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, G-Suite, and Zoom
