Job Description
Wati is a leading WhatsApp-first conversational growth platform seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive global recruitment across India, APAC, LATAM, UK, and the US. This individual contributor role focuses on full recruitment lifecycle management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role involves independent management of the recruitment cycle and supporting employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in SaaS/tech or fast-scaling startups.
- Proven ability to work independently as an IC and manage global hiring.
- Strong experience in high-volume, multi-regional hiring (India/APAC required; LATAM/UK/US a plus).
- Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS—Workable preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
- Knowledge of regional employment practices and compliance.
