Project Engineer

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a Project Engineer with strong MEP and commissioning experience to support the delivery of highly complex data center projects. The role will involve coordinating MEP scope, driving commissioning schedules, and ensuring all systems meet performance requirements and schedule expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in MEP-focused construction roles, preferably in mission-critical or technically intensive environments
• Familiarity with commissioning processes, checklists, and documentation (Level 1–5 commissioning)
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building automation systems
• Proven ability to drive timelines, resolve field issues, and ensure MEP system readiness
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate across field and engineering teams
