They have built a large work-study program, and are seeking a Business Development Associate to act as the first point of contact, guiding students through the enrollment process. This is a revenue-generating role focused on building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring successful student enrollments.
Requirements
- Conduct targeted research and outreach to identify and engage prospective students.
- Own the complete student acquisition journey – from initial contact to successful enrollment.
- Counsel students effectively to understand their aspirations and match them with the right programs.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups, nurture leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize processes to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions and Student Services) to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience.
