Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time, remote Talent Acquisition Specialist role for a client in the NCR (National Capital Region) of India. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to interviewing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Candidates should be proactive, excellent communicators, and eager to learn recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling and networking
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (screening, scheduling, coordination)
• Write and publish engaging job descriptions
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline
• Track and manage recruitment activities
• Ensure compliance with hiring standards
