Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner preferred)
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in the state of job posting
- Current board certification in your field
- BLS certification and an active NPI#
- CPR certification
- DEA license or eligibility
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a willing to drive to patient homes
