Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) (Co-Responder) - Licensed Clinician or on licensure track

WellPower is hiring a Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) Clinician to provide brief case management to adults with mental illnesses and support Denver police and co-responder units. The role involves de-escalation, connection, and system navigation for individuals in crisis, and providing information and referrals for mental health services and community resources.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services degree.
• Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado, or on licensure track.
• Experience in mental health or human services preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license and a recent clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and carry Business Use coverage on your auto policy (additional cost is reimbursed).

Benefits

• Mental Health Therapist II (Masters): $30.05/hr
• Licensed LPC/LMFT/LCSW: $36.14/hr - $36.64
• Language Differential - $1 - $2.50/hr
