WGU is looking for an Associate Assessment Strategist to ensure alignment of assessments with best practices in competency-based education model and WGU assessment integrity policies. The successful candidate will provide input for the continuous improvement of student outcomes and overall health and quality assessments.

• Provides input for the continuous improvement of student outcomes and overall health and quality assessments.
• Translates requirements into clearly defined specifications and actions.
• Contributes by recommending enhancements/changes to models for formative and summative assessments.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners throughout the design, development, and deployment of assessments.
• Achieves and reports on critical assessment metrics.
• Provides student-facing responses to student appeals.
