Job Description
Join Western Union as a Front-Line Associate and work in Shah Alam, Malaysia. As a Front-Line Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining customer services, generating money transfer transactions, and performing cash register operations. We are a global company committed to moving money for better.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Minimum Qualification required – SPM
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Experience in cash management
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English – additional languages are a strong advantage
- Experience in currency exchange is a plus
- Basic work experience with MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
