We're looking for a motivated, curious, and independent individual to join our Onboarding team and help shape the future of travel tech. Our team supports new customers by migrating important content, providing personalized trainings, and making the transition to WeTravel smooth, impactful, and efficient!
Requirements
- Fluency in English (bonus points for other languages!)
- Passion for educating customers and colleagues, performance improvement, and commercial success
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable being in a customer-facing role and tasks that require attention to detail
- Great project management skills, juggling multiple projects at the same time and managing multiple stakeholders (and their expectations!)
- Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS (bonus points!)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom (bonus points!)
- Teaching background, or Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles (bonus points!)
- Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes (bonus points!)
