Job Description
The Secretary 2 - Security Services provides receptionist and clerical support for personnel in Security Services, with duties including data entry functions and responsibility for the Photo Identification (ID) and access systems.
Requirements
- One year previous related experience required, preferably at the Health Sciences Centre
- Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required
- Successful completion of a recognized secretarial training program required
- Typing 50 wpm required
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) required
- Knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred
- Knowledge of Health Sciences Centre (HSC) Payroll Coding and Data Entry systems preferred
- Familiarity with Incident Reporting and Information Management System (Perspective) preferred
- Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written) required
- Must exercise discretion when dealing with confidential matters
