The Inside Sales Director, North America is a critical leadership role responsible for enterprise pipeline generation, not quota-carrying sales. This role is ideal for experienced BDR/ISR leaders who are passionate about pipeline creation, metrics, and coaching teams.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in BDR/ISR, demand generation, or sales leadership within enterprise SaaS
- 2–3+ years managing ISR/BDR teams, ideally supporting Enterprise sales
- Proven success generating $25M+ in pipeline annually
