Job Description
Workana is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join their growing Latin American network. The role involves transforming an existing AI-driven reporting platform into a scalable SaaS product (SaaS Conversion) and building and orchestrating a new AI agent workflow for deposition preparation (Deposition Agent System). This involves close collaboration with the CTO and potential mentorship of junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in AI/ML or agent-based systems
- Strong Python coding skills
- Experience with API integrations
- Understanding of SaaS product architecture
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
