Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales) in North America to join their growing team and shape the future of their AI Agentic Platform. This role focuses on collaborating with customers, evangelizing Workato's capabilities, and contributing to the development of AI Agent solutions. The consultant will be the trusted advisor, shaping the product and direction based on market needs and providing expert technology guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 06-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization.
- Familiarity with LLMs and direct experience with development/support of chat AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic APIs.
