Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant (Presales) to join their growing team in North America. The role involves advising customers on Workato’s AI Agent capabilities, shaping the product roadmap, and driving adoption. This position requires strong communication, collaboration, and technical expertise to provide thought leadership and educate customers on AI and Enterprise Automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and LLMs
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic
