Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales) based in North America to join their growing team. This role will focus on advising customers on Workato's AI Agentic capabilities, shaping the company's vision, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive adoption. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and experience in AI development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Proven track record as an AI Engineer with AI projects
- 06-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization
- Familiarity with LLMs and chatbot development
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic APIs
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS, web services, and enterprise messaging
- Knowledge of python programming
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
