Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant based in North America to join their rapidly growing team and shape the vision for their AI Agentic capabilities to improve customer experience and drive business value. This role will be the trusted advisor on Workato's AI-powered platform and contribute to the product roadmap. The candidate should be able to communicate the value of Workato's products and help scale and drive adoption for enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
- Proven track record as an AI Engineer with a portfolio of successful machine learning or AI projects.
- 06-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization.
- Familiarity with LLMs and experience with development/support of chat-based AI applications.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and other state-of-the-art techniques.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS technologies and integration architectures.
