We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Marketer to amplify customer success and transform it into powerful storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives for ShareGate.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or customer-facing roles
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for amplifying user success
- Strong interviewing and storytelling skills, with excellent relationship-building instincts
- Analytical and revenue-focused approach to advocacy, understands how customer stories drive business outcomes
- Background in customer advocacy or community building, with experience running peer review programs (G2; Gartner Peer Insights)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams
- Curious and experimental with new tools, excited to explore how AI can support content creation, workflows, and advocacy at scale
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot and other customer marketing tools is a strong asset
