Account Manager - MSP Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring client loyalty and satisfaction through value creation for our clients.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the MSP or IT services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (reference evidence required).
• Strong understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, AI, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
