Sales Executive - Employee Benefits

World Insurance Associates is a unique financial services organization seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to bring comprehensive risk management and employee benefit solutions to businesses and individuals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier and excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus.

Requirements

• Identify, prospect, cultivate, and close new employee benefits clients
• Design and deliver employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
• Help clients with complementary solutions such as commercial and personal lines insurance, 401(k) and retirement plans, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services
