Job Description
Wrapbook is a smart platform for production payroll and accounting, seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to elevate their go-to-market teams. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, analyzing sales calls, and collaborating with Sales Leadership to ensure successful implementation of their sales process and revenue growth. They are looking for someone who can translate training programs into impactful actions across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales, GTM Enablement, or Sales Training roles within high-growth tech.
- Demonstrated success improving seller performance across Mid-Market or Enterprise teams.
- Expertise in at least one major sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, Force Management, or SPICED).
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills – capable of driving engaging workshops and actionable 1:1 coaching.
- Analytical mindset; proven ability to connect enablement programs to revenue outcomes.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional influence skills.
