Job Description
The Area Manager will oversee the operation of buildings owned and operated by WSFSSH, providing direction and leadership to a team of property managers. Requirements
- At least six years' experience in property management or related activity
- Experience with rent increase requests, addressing tenant and subsidy arrears, and shepherding cases through housing court
- Knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC certification, and housing subsidy programs
