Staff Engineer - Technical Support

Xperi is looking for a Staff Engineer - Technical Support to join their G-Guide team. The ideal candidate will have experience in service operations, system construction, and infrastructure operations, with a focus on ensuring the stability and continuity of services. The role involves working with partners, maintaining systems, and ensuring data is correctly delivered to customers.

Requirements

• Experience working with entertainment content metadata
• Experience in service operations (system construction and infrastructure operations)
• Experience in system operations with server operations and cloud systems
• Experience with tools, systems, issue management, and various system monitoring required for system operations
• Handling of problems in server operations and planning proposals for improvement of commercial service systems
• Collaboration with external services (partner companies)
• Organizing work assignments, periodic reporting work, planning improvement proposals, and reporting at the time of failure
