Requirements
- Experience working with entertainment content metadata
- Experience in service operations (system construction and infrastructure operations)
- Experience in system operations with server operations and cloud systems
- Experience with tools, systems, issue management, and various system monitoring required for system operations
- Handling of problems in server operations and planning proposals for improvement of commercial service systems
- Collaboration with external services (partner companies)
- Organizing work assignments, periodic reporting work, planning improvement proposals, and reporting at the time of failure
