- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of Yahoo.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client business needs, leveraging your expertise in digital advertising to develop customized partnership solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product, to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with Yahoo Consumer teams to provide client feedback, contribute to product roadmap discussions, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and optimization for clients.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
