Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Algiers, Algeria. The role is essential to ensure effective and efficient management of the company's human resources administration. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising administrative activities of the department, from personnel files management to recruitment procedure follow-up.
Requirements
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Significant experience in human resources administrative management
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation
- SAGE 100 payroll software proficiency
- Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a team and manage a department
- Proficiency in HR management software
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to work under pressure
