We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Divisional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join BuyGoods, a fast-growing global company at the intersection of fintech, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Proven experience in financial and management accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and commercial analysis
• Partner with CEO to define and deliver management information
• Provide financial assessments and scenario analysis
• Act as trusted advisor to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements
• Oversee preparation of management and financial information
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Implement and monitor risk management frameworks
• Enhance internal controls
• Ensure compliance with group reporting requirements and external statutory obligations
• Review end-to-end financial and operational processes
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to process efficiency and controls
• Leverage technology and automation within the proprietary sales and back-end platform
• Manage, mentor, and develop a finance team
• Set and monitor KPIs for the finance function
