The role involves building and leading a team of 40+ employees in the German-speaking market, focusing on recruiting, training, and fostering high performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for conversion rates, customer experience, and the expansion of the company's presence in Germany.
Requirements
- Experience in leading at least 10 employees
- 2+ years of experience in FinTech, financial services, or consulting firms
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills (German & English fluency)
