Job Description
YouLend is a rapidly growing FinTech platform that connects e-commerce platforms with leading providers. They are expanding to Germany with a new office and are seeking a Head of Sales to build and manage their German Sales team. The role focuses on increasing customer acquisition and conversion rates through efficient team management and process improvement.
Requirements
- Build and develop a high-performing German Sales team from the ground up.
- Drive conversion rates and partner service while maintaining high customer outcomes.
- Manage team members and mentor to meet targets, with strong KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams to adapt processes for existing and new partners.
- Be proactive in implementing improvements and embedding them into teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
